Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Any individual(s) firms who fulfill the qualification(s) criteria of each package as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & other condition of the tenderdocuments. The Tenderer are requested to read carefully the instructions in section-2 (TDS) ; section-4 (PCC) & section-8 ( Particular Specification) &strictly follow the instructions.Specical Instructions:(a) Payment shall be made subject to budget allocation& availability of fund but the work must be continued and proportionateprogress must be achieved.(b) Work certificate which is issued by the PE (Procuring Entity) and executed by the public fund will only be considered as aqualification criteria.(c) The work may be totally dropped, decreased orincreased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work. (d) TheTenderer will visit and examine the Site with his own responsibility andexpenses and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing theTender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works(e) LatestGovt. circular on procurement of works will be applicable (f) The Tenderer hasto arrange land or other establishment by his own for execution of work. Testfee for the required test (as per direction of Engineer in Charge) conductedduring/after the work to be paid by the contractor.
