Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP portal through BPPA along with a valid and updated Trade License, Vat Registration and TIN certificate.(b) It is the duty of the Tenderer to submit all the documents freshly. If any documents get corrupted and the evaluation committee could not able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer will be entertained regarding the file.(c) VAT & IT will be deducted as per the prevailing government rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.(d) Tender security must be submitted in the form of Pay order or Demand Draft from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in favour of Accounts Officer, Green Road Regional Accounting Centre, BWDB, Green Road, Dhaka or Bank Guarantee in favour of Executive Engineer, North Eastern Measurement Division, BWDB, Dhaka will be allowed.(e) Payment to the contractor will be made by the PE only after availability of fund and budget allocation. No claim for extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment.(f) Tenders and all parties- constitutions the Tenderer shall not have a conflict of interest.(g) The Authority may reduce the scope of work, if reduce the scope of work no claim will be entertained.(h) All other criteria are stated in the Tender Document.
