Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderers shall submit the following documents with its Tender for Responsive Criteria:1. Update Trade License2. Update VAT Certificate3. Update TAX certificate4. Certificate of In-corporation5 The specefic experience as a supplier of similar nature of Goods at least 02 (Two) number contracts from Govt./Semi-Govt./Statutory Public Authority must be submitted. One contract must be amount of BDT 2500000/- (BDT Twenty Five Lac Only) during last 03 (Three) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).6. Over all experience as a supplier of goods at least 05 (Five) years.7. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 25,00,000 ( Twenty Lac Only) for the goods. Documentary evidence for the above liquid assets/credit facilities shall be submitted with the tender in e-GP system. Conditional certificate shall not be accepted.The liquid assets or credit line(s) certificate should be issued not earlier than 28 (Twenty Eight) days prior to the day of the deadline for submission of tender.8.
