Eligibility of Tenderer : a) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 46,00,000/-(Forty six lakh only) only in a single work order during last five years in any govt / semi govt/Govt. Bank/ autonomous bodies of Gov.of Bangladesh.( should be supported by completion certificate with work order signed by an officer not below the rank of executive engineer/Equivalent)b) Signed copy of attached terms and conditions (See section: 8, Particular Specifications).c) The bidder should visit the site before submission of the tender and quote rate accordingly. Any extra claim for unawareness of the local conditions and any unforeseen difficulties will not be entertained to the contractor. A site visit declaration shall have to submit with the tender.d) Valid trade licensee) VAT registration certificate and updated income tax certificate.f) Current bank solvency certificate.
