Brief Description of Works : Supply, fitting, fixing & installation of completely integrated solar powered street light.(Product type- (a) LED Light : 1) power consumption 30 watt (2) Luminous efficiency minimum 100 lumen/watt minimum 75% of the initial lumen output after 05 years(3) warranty minimum 5 years. (b) PV Module : 1) international electro technical committee (IEC) 61215:2016/BDS IES 61215 crystalline silicon terrestrial PV modules design qualification and type approval.(2) 165 Wp.(3) warranty 20 years(90%/80%). (c) Battery :1) BDS IES 61427-1:2016/IEC61427-1:2013 secondary cells and batteries for renewable energy storage â??general requirement and methods of test â??part 1: photovoltaic off grid application-52.77 AH lithium iron/lithium iron phosphate, Battery DOD should be minimum 90%, The maximum permissible self discharge rate is 05 % of rated capacity per mnth at 25 degree, Cycle life of batteries should be minimum-1200 at 90 % Dod at 25 *c , The inter cell connection should not be exposed, (2)warranty 03 years 90%/80%).(d) Charge controller & others accessories : (1) BDS IES 62509 :: 2016/IEC 62509:2010 battery charge controller for photovoltaic system performance and functioning.(2) Charge Controller should be less than 0.5 % of the total power requirement.(4) warranty : 05 years.(e) PV Structure Pole with base 20ft length (17.5ft above the ground and 2.5ft under the ground) GI/ Powder Coated With Base Plate.(2) GI Pole 3â?- dia, 3.25mm thickness.(3) 2â??x 2â??
