Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works in BR Signalling system as Prime Contractor shall be 3 years.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing and installing metal frames or metal structures under public sector of at least 1 contract of same nature successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 25,00,000/- (Twenty five Lakh).c) Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:1. Bank Statement/Credit commitment/Bank Gurantee for minimum liquid assests of cash flow 35 Lakh.2. Updated VAT, Trade licence.3. Update Income Tax Clearance Certificate (Assessment Year 2023-24)4. Authorization letter from Manufacturer.5. Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (from e-PG3-4) must be furnised clearly by providing Country of Origin, Brand & Model name and Detail Technical Specifications of the product.6. A/B/C Electrical Licence is required.
