  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 years of overall experience in lift supply, installation, testing & commissioning work.b) The tenderer must have at least one successful completion experience on Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Lift in a single work order amounting not less than Tk 120.00 Lakh during the last 5(five) years in Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous bodies as per TDS.c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 140.00 Lakh. Credit facilities should be submitted as per prescribed format "Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form e-PG3-8)".d) Authorization letter from the Manufacturer to participate in this tender mentioning clearly that the principal company shall provide all technical and engineering support.e) Debarred firms from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies are to be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.f) Up-to-date trade license, TIN & VAT registration certificate, Income Tax clearance certificate, ABC electrical contractory and supervisory License have to be submitted.g) EN 81 certificates, Certified Test Certificates and Type Test reports (not older than 5 years), ISO certificates obtained by lift manufacturer shall be submitted by Tenderer as per TDS.h) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data ...
