Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. National Tenderer must have updated Trade license, Valid VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate and updated Income Tax certificate/ tax acknowledgement receipt of latest assessment year. Foreign tenderers must submit trade license or certificate of incorporation and documentary evidence of income tax payment (as applicable).2. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services shall be supported by Certificate of Incorporation or Trade License; the years shall be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.3. The satisfactory completion of supply of Similar Goods (Equipment/Spare parts/Consumables) to any Government-owned organization or Power Utility of a minimum of USD 1,70,000.00 (USD One Hundred Seventy Thousand) Only or equivalent amount under maximum 02 (two) contracts in the last 05 (Five) years; the years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Among the mentioned contracts, at least 01 (One) contract must involve importing the delivered goods from abroad amounting not less than USD 80,000.00 (USD Eighty Thousand) Only or equivalent.4. The minimum amount of credit facility is USD 1,70,000.00 (USD One Hundred Seventy Thousand) Only or equivalent BDT from any scheduled bank.5. The Tenderer shall submit a authorization certificate from the manufacturer or authorized entities of manufacturer.6. The tenderer shall submit test report for each type of offered filters confirming compliance with the EN779:2012 or ISO 29461-1:2021 standard. 7. Tenderer must comply with all the conditions and requirements stated in TDS and PCC of the tender document.
