Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) All Bangladeshi citizens, who have valid Up-to-date trade lisence, Up-to-date tax clearance certificate, TIN,BIN,VAT registration certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate2) The tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract.3) The tenderer with a poor performance, consistent history of litigation or arbitration awards against it shall not be eligible to tender.4) The tenderer shall Have minimum 03 (three) years relevant work experience.5) The tenderer shall have mimimum satisfactory completion of Taka 2000000/- (Twenty Lakh) in single work order of supply of Stationery to any Government organization.6) The tenderer must have 03 (three) work order of relevant work last 03 (three) years and 7) As per TDS
