Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:1. Authorization Letter to submit the Tender on behalf of Tenderer (ITT 10.1(e)2. Valid e-Trade/Trade License (ITT 10.1(g). Trade License Valid for 2024-25 FY.3. TIN Certificate (ITT 10.1(f)4. VAT Registration Certificate (ITT 10.1(f). Vat registration certificate Up to date in 2024-25 FY.5. National ID of Authorized Person (ITT 10.1(e)6. Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN number valid for 2024-25 FY.7. Detailed Technical Specifications of every item have to mention mandatorily as per or higher range of PE-s given specifications in the specifications box or in case any technical complexity submit a Technical Specifications compliance sheet.8. Brand name, model number, country of manufacture and place of origin of each item must be mentioned compulsorily.9. Original Color printed catalogs of goods or machineries prepared by the original manufacturer must be submitted or else cases products weblinks of each product from the original manufacturer trusted and verified original website must be submitted.10. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar categories goods which worth minimum Tk. 875000/- (Eight Laks and seventy five thousands) under a single contract in the last 03 (Three) years (Years count backward from the date of Publication of IFT in the e-GP system) have to be submitted.11. The necessary certificates of a item, such as Manufacturer Authorization Letter (MAL), CE, Energy Star, EDLA , ISO certificate or any others certificates have been requested in the technical specifications are must be submitted.12. And other eligibilities will be as per TDS.
