Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (A) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (five) years.(B) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in the supply of goods of at least one (1) contract completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 1.80 (One lac eighty thousand) only. Tenderers must submit a completion certificate supporting specific work experience.(C) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 2.70 (Two lac seventy thousand) only supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the CPTU prescribed format (STD PG2-5).(D) Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance, and VAT Registration Certificate/ BIN Certificate(E) The sample must be approved by the procuring entity before delivery of goods. If the price quotation is inappropriate to the estimated rate, PE can take clarification from the tenderer.N.B. PE reserves right to cancel the tender any time without any reason.
