Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Work Experience:- The tenderer must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in providing news search engine or digital newspaper archive services for government or private organizations.- The vendor must have successfully completed similar projects for at least three (3) organizations within the last five (5) years.2. Certifications & Compliance:- The tenderer must be ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 27001:2022 (Information Security Management System) certified to ensure service quality and data security.- The tenderer must be a registered member of the Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS).3. Technical Capability & Infrastructure:- The vendor must have its own news search engine to facilitate efficient retrieval of archived news data.- The vendor must maintain a digital newspaper archive that includes records of prominent Bangladeshi newspapers.- The digital newspaper archive must support search functionality by keyword, subject, and category for efficient data retrieval.4. Software Development & Maintenance Support:- The vendor must have a dedicated software development team capable of providing development and maintenance support for the archive system.
