Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer must have 10 (Ten) years of work experiences in news search engines/digital newspaper related archive service with any government or private organizations;2. Tenderer must have work experience of news search engines/digital newspaper archive related service with 3 (three) organizations in last 5 (five) years;3. Tenderer must have Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS)' Membership.
Brief Description of Goods and Related Service : Supply of digital content (complete newspaper) of the following daily newspaper of the following date and all such information should be stored in PIB's digital archive software system according to the date, category, page number, title, keyword etc. Along with this, PIB's digital archive software should search, view, download and print all information stored in the database (according to date, category, page number, title etc.) and arrange for data backup.1) The Daily Janakantha - Duration-01 January 2020 to 30 June 2020 & 01 January 2024 to 30 June 2024 (Total: 12 Month) 2); The Daily Prothom Alo - Duration-01 January 2020 to 30 June 2020 & 01 January 2024 to 30 June 2024 (Total: 12 Month); 3) The Daily Star- Duration-01 January 2020 to 30 June 2020 & 01 January 2024 to 30 June 2024 (Total: 12 Month); 4) The Daily Ittefaq - Duration- 01 January 2014 to 30 June 2020 & 01 January 2024 to 30 June 2024 (Total: 84 Month).
