Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This Tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :(a) General experience: Reputed contractors who have aminimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience.(b) Specific experience: Having experiences in successfully completing ofsimilar nature works amounting minimum of Taka 3.70 lac of Government/Semi-Government in a single tender during the last 05 (Five) yearsThe above experiences/work certificate for successful completion of similarnature works shall have to be issued by:(i) In case of the work done under any PWD Division, the certifying andauthenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.(ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/Semi Govt/ Other than PWD thecertifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineerand the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD ofthat district/area within whose jurisdiction work has been done.(c) Average annual construction turnover during the last five years in Taka 4.0lac.(d)The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilitiesof the Tenderer shall be Taka 4.0 lac. [Only Letter of Credit Commitment forBank-s undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3)] issued not earlier thantwenty-eight (28) days before the day of the original deadline for submission ofTender is allowed].
