Eligibility of Tenderer : AS PER TDSa)The Tenderer must have minimum Specific Experience of Similar nature of Supplying of New Computer and Accessories in 01 (One ) Contract successfully complete in a single Work Order within the last 05 (Five) Years in any Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh.b)The Quoted Rate must be similar/relevant to the Official Esimate. If Quoted Rates are excessive above/less than the estimated cost then the tenderer must submit detail Analysis of his Quoted Rate taking the Analysis items rate from Analysis of Rates. Otherwise the tenderer will be non-responsive according to PPR 2008 Rule 98(23).c) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
