  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. All potential Tenderers of Bangladesh are eligible to participate in the Procurement process.2. Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP system under appropriate user category of procurement process in order to have appropriate access point and to get working dashboard with authorized functions in e-GP System.3. Tenderer in its own name or its other names or also in the case of its Persons in different names, shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices as stated under ITT Clause 3.4. Tenderer shall be solvent, e.g. the Tenderer is financially capable to perform the contract for the proposed Procurement.5. Tenderer shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.6.Tenderer shall have the minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 05 years.7. Tenderer shall have at least two (2) contract in supply of similar type of goods to Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous/Statutory Offices with successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 30,00,000/-.8. Tenderer shall have the minimum specific experience on supplying of computer or related items as Supplier.9. Tenderer shall have the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 35,00,000/-.10. Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.11. Up-to-date trade license.12. National ID card.13. Vat registration certificate.14. Manufacturer Authorization Letter (MAL).
