Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 05 ( Five ) years.2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of automation spare parts & equipment of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 03 ( Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 1200000 ( Twelve Lakh Taka only) of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh.3. The supplier should submit the manufacturer's ISO 9001 certificate, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certificate (without any exclusions) or the latest versions of these certificates.4. The supplier is required to submit an authorization letter from the manufacturer or local authorized distributor.5. The supplier must have a up-to-date Import Registration Certificate (IRC).6. The supplier should submit manuals, catalogues, brochures, and other relevant documents.7. The supplier is required to submit a warranty certificate from the manufacturer or the local agent, ensuring a one (1) year warranty from the date the supplied goods are accepted.8. The supplier must submit a site inspection report confirming that the product is compatible with the existing system.9. The supplier is required to provide a sample that must be approved by the concerned engineer.
