  • Project Name : Extension of PDBF Activities - 2nd Phase
    Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 01. Authorization Letter; 02. Trade License renewed up to 2024-25;03. The Tenderer must be a furniture manufacturer.04. The Tenderer must submit Factory License for 2024-2025 fiscal year;05. VAT Registration/BIN Certificate; 06. e-TIN Certificate; 07. Tax Clearance Certificate 2024-25; 08. Bank Solvency Certificate in Date of IFT;09. The Tenderer must submit effective ISO 9001, 45001 and 14000 Certificate (Online verification must be ensured);10. Tenderer must have 150 point delivery experience covering the whole country in current financial year in a single work order.11. The Tenderer must submit active Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Certificate (Online verification must be ensured)12. The Tenderer must submit original catalogue/brochures13. The Tenderer must submit Up to date (2024-25) membership certificate of Chamber of Commerce and Industries or Incorporation Certificate;14. The Tenderer must submit Environment Clearance Certificate for furniture factory (valid minimum the IFT date)15. Tenderer submit the last 3 years audit report;16. The Tenderer must submit Up to date (2024-25) Insurance policy;17. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 350.00 Lakh.18. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.19. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods & Related Service of minimum 300.00 Lakh govt./semi govt./autonomous body in Bangladesh under maximum 2 contracts in the last 3 of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.20. Warranty Certificate submitted;21. Lowest 2/3 evaluated bidder's factory will be visited by PE's nominated person(s)/team. All expenses of such visit will be incurred to bidders concerned.&nb
