Tax Clearance Certificate 2024-25;06. Tenderer submit the last 3 years audit report;07. Tenderer submit Certificate of Incorporation;08. Company ISO Certificate;09. Valid evidence of authorized distributor or authorized reseller;10. Manufacturer Authorization Letter of all products;11. Bank Solvency Certificate in Date of IFT;12. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 50.00 Lakh.13. Original Catalogue/Brochures must be submitted as applicable;14. Tenderer shall have a minimum of [10] years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.15. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods & Related Service of minimum [40.00 Lakh] govt./semi govt./autonomous body in Bangladesh under maximum [2] contracts in the last [3] of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.16.
