Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods or spare parts to any Power Plant or any Government-owned/ semi-govt. organization of minimum 56(Fifty Six ) Lakh BDT under a maximum of 03 (Three) contracts within the last 02 (Two) years ; amounting less than BDT 10 (Ten) lakh under a single contract shall not be considered and which shall be supported by End User Certificate in the Letter Head Pad of Purchaser dully signed and sealed with contact details mentioning Contract Value, Type of Supply, Date of Supply.The minimum amount of financial resources as specific credit commitment of the tenderers shall be BDT 70 (Seventy) Lakh.Note: In case of specific credit commitment Tenderer-s Bank is advised to use the form Form ePG3-8 which must include Procuring entity name and tender name/ID without any alternation.If any alterations are observed in the submitted specific credit commitment whether in terms, conditions, structure or any other aspect, then it shall be deemed as a deviation. Such deviation shall be considered as a rejection without further review or reconsideration.Tenderer shall submit Valid trade license, TIN certificate, Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent income tax authority, Value Added Tax registration certificate/ BIN.
