Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tenders is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:1. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods..The satisfactory completion of at least 1 (One) similar supply of Goods of minimum Tk= 7.00 lac under single contract within the last 5 (five) years (counted from the date of IFT) under any Government/Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization .i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned ExecutiveEngineer.ii) In case of the work done under any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work hasbeen done.2.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 8,00000 (Eight Lac Taka) . Working capital substantiated by Audit Reports on the financial standing of the Tenderer,such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet for the past years as specified in the TDS or creditline(s), substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PW2b-3), withoutalteration, issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract as stated under ITT Sub Clause 10.13. Tenderer will submit Updated Trade License, TIN/Tax Return Document, VAT Registration Document.
