Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum five (5) year of general experience in supplying of goods.b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor in successful completion of at least Supplying of 1 (one) number of household goods of similar nature of Tk. 6.00 Lac(Six Lac) in a single contract in Government Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. In case of the work done other than PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the conceded Executive Engineer PWD of that division.c) ) The minimum amount of liquid asset/working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting Tk.8.00 Lac (Eight Lac). Document (Scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents of Section-5 : Tender & contract form (Form PG2-5). Otherwise the tender will be Non-Responsive.d) The tenderer must possess attested copies of following documentsi) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.iii) Up-to date trade license.iv) Warranty certificate for all supplied goods.f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in TDS & PCC of tender documents
