Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 04 (Four) years. The Tenderer must submit documentary evidence as proof of their claim failing of which the Tender would be treated as Non-Responsive..2.Bidders must have well equipped after sales service centre(s) / office(s) in Bangladesh manned by adequately (07) Seven qualified personnel with suitably qualified engineers/technical professionals..3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 03(Three) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 30 (Thirty Lacs) Only. Compelition certificates and/or customer satisfaction certificates of such work(s) are required to be submitted.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be 80% of quoted price.5. Upto date copy of Income Tax payment certificate for Last year.6.Upto date copy of VAT registration certificate.7.Upto date copy of valid trade license.8.Bank solvency certificate along with statement of account for the immediate last 6 (Six) months from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh.
