  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : a. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be Five (5) years.b. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least Two (2) contracts successfully completed within the last Three (3) years, each with a value of at least Tk. Nineteen Lac (19,00,000) only under any govt. organization.c. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. Nineteen Lac (19,00,000) only.The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:1. Bidder up to date-Trade License, BIN Certificate, TIN and last income tax certificate of the last assessment year & Bank Solvency Certificate.2. Authorization Letter for Tender Submission and signed by the bidder-s authority.3. Technical Specifications of the bid document shall be properly filled up by the bidder-s official pad with seal and signature including relevant brochures and catalogs.4. In Technical Specification area no comply or any others ambiguity terms are not allowed.5. In case of limited company, the certificate of IRC must be attached.6. Affidavit of ownership of the firm.7. Copy of Up to date Membership certificate from “Bangladesh Computer Samity”8. At the time of acceptance, Product shipment chalan must be submitted on behalf of Manufacturer/Distributor.9. Joint venture is not allowed.10. Bidder must declare warranty and originality certificate as per TDS.
