Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. All potential Tenderers of Bangladesh are eligible to participate in the Procurement process.2. Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP system under appropriate user category of procurement process in order to have appropriate access point and to get working dashboard with authorized functions in e-GP System.3. Tenderer in its own name or its other names or also in the case of its Persons in different names, shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices.4. Tenderer shall be solvent, e.g. the Tenderer is financially capable to perform the contract for the proposed Procurement.5. Tenderer shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.6. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 years.7. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 02 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 80 Lac.8. Tenderer shall have the Manufacturer Authorization letter for the item of All in One PC & Laptop only.9. Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, VAT, trade license.10. National ID card.
