Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Valid and up-to-date trade license and incorporation certificate (If applicable),VAT registration certificate,TIN certificate and updated Income tax return certificate.Manufacture authorization letter from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM)Authorize sole distributorship certificateOwn service center with (CV of 5 service engineers with 05 years- experience)Supply or production capacity certificate.Warranty declaration certificate.Original brochure of the offered products.Last 3 (Three) years Company Audit Report.Minimum of 5 years overall experience on the offered goods.Minimum of 3 (three) work orders within the last 5 (five) years as a specific experience, and each value is not less than 30 (thirty) lakhs.Declaration of after sales service with mentioning the service engineer contact details.The minimum amount of liquid assets working capital or credit line(S), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 40 LacDeclaration for the delivery that the supplier can deliver those goods in the mentioned or stipulated time.Offered and supplied products will be channel products. Grey or non-channel products are not acceptable. Supplier must submit a declaration letter to ensure this issue. If it is proven, any stage of the use of these products PG will adjust or forfeit by the tenderer.
