Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:1. Bidder up to date-Trade License, BIN Certificate with Up to date BIN Clearance Certificate, TIN and last income tax certificate of the last assessment year.2 Bidder has to provide product brochures.3. During acceptance product genuinity will be checked through online4. Joint venture is not allowed5. Bidder has to submit Direct OEM Manufacturer Authorization Letter of all products.6. Copy of Up to date Membership certificate from “Bangladesh Computer Samity”7. In case of limited company, the certificate of IRC must be attached. 8. Bidder must declare 03 years of warranty certificate for Brand Desktop Computer & 01 year of warranty certificate for printer and scanner.
