  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed supplier firms having a minimum of three (3) years of general experience in similar dress supply works are eligible to participate in the tender. The experience period shall be counted backward from the date of publication of the Invitation for Tender (IFT).b) The Tenderer must submit up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, updated Trade License, previous Trade License (if applicable), and National ID (NID) along with the Tender.c) Experience certificates for successfully completed similar assignments must be issued by the contract-awarding officer of a Government or Autonomous Organization.d) The Tenderer must submit relevant cloth samples in accordance with the technical specifications stated in Form e-PG3-4, namely: Shirt (White), Pant (White), Salwar (White), Kameez (White), and Cross Belt (White). All samples must be submitted to the Procuring Entity-s (PE) Office on or before the contract closing date. Each sample must be separately tagged with detailed information, including technical specifications (e.g., GSM and fabric composition), and clearly identified as the proposed sample for the respective item, along with the supplier-s company information. Preference will be given to suppliers submitting superior quality samples.e) Other eligibility criteria shall be imposed in accordance with the Tender Document Sheet (TDS), PPA-2006...
