Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligibility of Tenderer: (1) The Tenderer must be i) Up to date Valid Trade license ii) Up to date VAT registration certificate iii) Up to date Tax Payer Having Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) iv) NID card. (2) The Tenderer shall have minimum 05(Five) years general experience in supply of goods specially Cleaning products, Raw Materials, Other Stationery, Engineering & Other Equipment, Office Equipment, Educational Materials, Furniture in Govt./ Semi govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. (3) Who have minimum specific experience as suppliers in supply of Cleaning products at least in 01(one) contract successfully complete in a single work order within last 02 (Two) years amounting of Tk 1.95 lac in Govt./ Semi govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. (4) The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets Tk 2.50 lac for supporting by the bank as a Letter of Commitment for Bank-s undertaking for Line of Credit or Bank statement for at least 01 month as per Audit report.(5) The Bidder must be specify of "Technical Specifications (Form e-PG2-3)". Country of Origin, Make, Model or Brand and Full Detailed Technical Specifications and Standards offered etc. Correctly Type . AS Per Technical Specification/As per Schedule/As Per BOQ etc. cannot be typed in Technical Specification column . Full details Technical Specifications must be typed otherwise the tender will be considered as Technically Non-Responsive(6) The Tenderer must satisfy any other requirement as specified in TDS, PCC and GCC.
