Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : As Per TDS (Section-02)The Tenderer must submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:• Trade license (up to date)• Income Tax Certificate (up to date)• Vat Registration Certificate• Business identification number (BIN) certificate• Manufacturer-s Authorization letter must be submitted as per PPR format (Form PG3 - 6,) which must be issued directly from the manufacturer to tendered.Manufacturer-s Authorization from the local/ authorized dealer will not be accepted.• Acid import & selling and transport license must be provided for Acid import (All of these licenses must be updated and from proper authority as per the current government rules and regulation)• License issued by explosive directorate for Import, stored up , supply/Selling of explosive listed chemicals as per government rule.• Import Registration Certificate• The Tenderer must mention the source of each item with manufacturers name and country of origin.• Tenderer must ensure that the offered model for each item is fully complied with the specification & size mentioned in the technical Specifications of the tender (when applicable)• The tenderers must submit original catalogue/brochures of the product.• Certificate of Analysis from recent Batch have to be submitted.• MSDS certificate of the products have to be submitted.
