  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderers should have following criteria:1) Reputed Contractors/Suppliers who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in supplying of certificate papers for printing original certificates.2) Experience: Having experience in successful completion of at least 01 (One) numbers of similar nature of work in Bangladesh of government/semi government/ Autonomous organization during last 3 (Three) years.3) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual average turn over during last 03 (Three) years.4) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted upto 30 (Thirty) days before, from the date of opening tender.5) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.6) The tenderer must possess: i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate, ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate, iii) Up to date trade license, vii) Up to date authorization letter must be submitted.7) Manufacturer authorization letter for items must be submitted.8) Other required eligibility of conditions of the tender is shown in tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents9)Tender opening, processing, evaluation, issue of NOA, issue of work order, cancellation, and all othe...
