Project Name : Collection of Modern machineries for potholes repair of different roads and improved traffic management Project
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The eligibility of Tenderers would be as per The Public Procurement Act-2006, The Public Procurement Rules-2008 and the terms & conditions mentioned in the tender documents.b) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.The satifsfactory completion of supply of similar goods (vehicles and equipments ) of minimum 200.00 lacs under maximum 01 contracts in the last 05 of years backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system. Issued by the officer not below the rank of executive engineer of concerned department of semi government/government/autonomous organization.c) The Bidder must submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT Registration certificate from NBR, Trade license & National ID along with the tender.d) The Tenderers must be authorized Dealer/Agent in Bangladesh of the Original Manufacturer and a certificate/Authorization letter from the manufacturer must be furnished with the tender.e) The Tenderer must have own workshop or have an agreement with a workshop to provide after sales service facility with necessary manpower, tools and equipment and must submit related documents of workshop.f) In technical specification data sheet for evaluation purpose tenderer must have to fill up offered technical data in technical data sheet. If tenderer write only `comply' without writing technical data following the catalogue or brochure in that case tenderer will be consider non-responsive/rejected.g) Successfully tenderer will have to provide 10% performance security for the warranty period, 02(two) years.h) Successfully tenderer will have to engaged operator (including salary) for the warranty period, 02(two) years for two vehilce.
