Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The eligibility of Tenderers would be as per The Public Procurement Act-2006, The Public Procurement Rules-2008 and the terms & conditions mentioned in the tender documents.b) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods like-Prime Mover with low bed trailor/Hydraulic Ladder/Dump truck/Buldozzer/Excavator/Tyre Dozer/Paver Finisher/Road Sweeper/Construction Equipment/Road Roller/Plant and equipment etc. of minimum 2.50 crore under maximum 01(one) contracts in the last 05 of years backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP systemc) The Bidder must submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT Registration certificate from NBR, Trade license & other related documents along with the tender.d) The required work completion certificate/(s) shall be issued not below the rank of Executive Engineer.e) The Bidder must be authorized Dealer/Agent of the Original Manufacturer and in this connection duly signed certificate/Authorization letter from the manufacturer must be furnished with the tender in the prescribe form Form-ePG3-5.f) The Bidder must have own workshop or have an agreement with a designated workshop to provide after sales service facility with necessary manpower, tools and equipment and must submit related documents along with tender.g) In the technical specification data sheet, bidders are directed to duly fill the technical data.
