Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : A) Reputed Supplier/Publisher who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in Supply of Books.B) Experience: Having experience in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar nature of work in Bangladesh of government/semi government/ Autonomous organization during last 5 (Five) years of Tk. 10.00 (Ten) lac for Package-Books/2025 in a single work-order and shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned department/organization.C) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turn over during last 03 (Three) years Tk 35.00(Thirty five) lac for Package-Books/2025. Years counting backward from the date ofpublication of IFT in the e-GP system.D) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 12.00(Twelve) lac for Package-Books/2025 onlysupported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted upto 30 (Thirty) days before, from the date of opening tender.E) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.F) The tenderer must possess:(i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate(ii) Up to date VAT/BIN certificate(iii) Up to date trade license(iv) Bank Solvency Certificate.G) Other required eligibility of conditions of the tender are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.H) Any fake/false documents submitted by the supplier/tenderer will be non-responsive and will be blacklisted/debared and taken Legal action as per PPR
