Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum five (5) year of general experience in supplying of goods.b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of supplying of goods/similar nature work which must include supplying of goods of Tk. 3.00 (three) Lac in a single contract in Government Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. In case of the work done other than PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the conceded Executive Engineer PWD, of that division.c) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 4.00 (Four) Lac only and the liquid asset will be in the form of Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form e-PG2-7) as prescribed by BPPA.d) The tenderer must possess following documents -i) Up-to-date TIN certificate.ii) BIN/ VAT registration certificate.iii) Up-to date trade license.e) Sample must be approved by Procuring entity before delivery of goods. If price quotation is inappropriate to the estimated rate, PE can take clarification from the tenderer. N.B.
