Project Name : Establishing 560 model mosques and Islamic Cultural Centers in Zila and Upazila of Bangladesh
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall fulfill the following conditions:(A) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works/ supply of goods as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years.(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works/ supply of goods of at least 1 contract(s) of similar nature successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 3 Lakh. in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.(ii) In case of the work / supply done under any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.(D) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3 Lakh. Document of Liquid Assets must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work.(F) The Tenderer must have Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up to-date Income Tax Return Certificate.(H) All other Conditions as mentio...
