Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following:a) The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 years of overall experience in the supply of goods and goods related services.b) The tenderer should have successful completion experience on supplying of similar goods and related services (AMR Energy meter related work ) in 2(two) two work order amounting not less than Tk.90.00 lac during the last 5(five) years in Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous bodies. The work completion certificate shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/ organization.(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 160.00 lac.(d) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.(e) (i) Up-to-date trade license, (ii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) VAT Registration Certificate,(iv) Undertaking in prescribed format relating to black listing/debarment in any Govt./semi-Govt/Autonomous body.(f) Manufacture-s authorization letter (g) brochure, catalogue etc.(g) Technical Data Sheet attached in section 6(h) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.(i) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act- 2006 and its amendment.
