Eligibility of Tenderer : a) All Tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer fulfillingthe requirements stated in the TDS may submit Tenders provided that they are otherwisequalified.b) Must be eligible in respect of legal technical and financial capacity stated in Tender datasheet (TDS).c) Latest circular/rules and regulations about VAT & IT is applicable.d) The Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions oflaws and regulations of Bangladesh.e) As per consent of CPTU, the tender shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the helpof online Database system- TDMS.f) Qualification informationand evidences (such as work experience certificates, On-goingwork list, Payment certificate for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented),personnel list etc. of the tenderer as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in theTDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally within short period of time.g) If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the information provided in thee-GP system shall prevail.
