Eligibility of Tenderer : a) All Tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employerfulfilling the requirements stated in the TDS may submit Tenders provided that theyare otherwise qualified.b) Must be eligible in respect of legal technical and financial capacity stated inTender data sheet (TDS).c) Latest circular/rules and regulations about VAT & IT is applicable.d) The Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under theprovisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.e) As per consent of CPTU, the tender shall be evaluated in the e-GP system withthe help of online Database system- TDMS.f) Qualification informationand evidences (such as work experience certificates, Ongoingwork list, Payment certificate for construction turnover, equipment list (ownor rented), personnel list etc. of the tenderer as mapped in the e-GP Tenders mustbe available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitallywithin short period of time.g) If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the informationprovided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
