Eligibility of Tenderer : a. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation;b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;(I) Up-to-date Valid Trade License / e- trade License with clearance;(II) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate with Acknowledgement Slip that proof the taxation clearance (2023-2024/024/2025) ;(III) Up to date e-BIN (Vat) registration certificate with online clearance up to November 2024;(IV) The specific experience as supplier in supply of similar nature goods of minimum 8 lakh under 01 (One) contracts successfully completed the last 5 years in the Government/ Semi- Government/Autonomous organizations.(V). The required average annual work turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress of completed from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk. 8 lacs over the last 5 years [ 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21,2021-22/2022-2023](VI). The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk. 8 lac (This will be given by the proper format). The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in e-GP portal.(VII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer. Must be submitted in form of Manufacturer-s Authorisation Letter (Form PG3 - 6) and Standard: ISO 9001-2015. Identification mark and certificate for all products. as well as Hologram and Monogram Sticker. Orginal catalogue/ Brochure must be submitted
