Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a)General Experience: Reputed contractors/firms who have a minimum of 5 (five) years of general experience.b)The minimum specific experience of Air Cooler Supply and Installation work in a single contract with a value of at least Tk. 230 Lacs completed within the last 05 years, under any Govt/Semi-Govt. sector in Bangladesh.i)In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer.ii)In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi Govt. other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWDunder whose jurisdiction the work has been done.c)The Tenderer must possess (i) an Up-to-date valid Trade License. (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate from NBR. (iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate. (iv) Up-to-date valid ABC Electrical Contractor & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board (vi) Up-to-date Import Registration Certificate (IRC)d)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 250 Lacs.e) The average annual turnover has to be BDT 250 lac during the last 5 years. The supply capacity for all the proposed items of BoQ (as per technical offer) is also required.f)The bidder must submit the Manufacturer Authorization Letter (MAL) in the standard format (Form PG3-6), without any alterations, and include the manufacturer's/Dealer's contact details.(g)All Other qualifications, Terms & Conditions described in Tender documents and Tender Datasheet (TDS). Necessary supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender.
