Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of goods and related services as a supplier shall be 3 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.b) The minimum specific experience as a supplier in supply of similar goods of at least 01 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 28.00 lac years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.c) The minimum amount of liquid assets, i.e., working capital or credit line(s), of the tenderer shall be Tk 32.00 lac in a specified format as per the tender document.d) Up-to-date trade license, income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate.e) Supply Completion/Acceptance Certificate as a proof of Specific Experience; A Manufacturer-s Authorisation Letter is required for air cooler item.f) Black listed/debarred bidders from any government, semi-government, or autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tenderg) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006, PPR-2008, and its amendment.
