Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Specific Experience: "Must have successfully completed at least 02 (Two) similar contract (Supply, Installation, Repair & Maintenance of IP Phones, Networking Devices, Photocopier, Printer, Laptop, Desktop, UPS) within the last 03 years in any Government/Autonomous body in Bangladesh, with a minimum value of BDT 15,00,000"2. "The Tenderer must have a functional Service Center or a Registered Branch Office within the Khulna/Bagerhat/Mongla region to ensure a response time of no more than 2 (two) hours for emergency breakdown maintenance."3. Manufacturer's Authorization (MAF): "Tenderers must submit Manufacturer-s Authorization Letters (MAF) for major components, including but not limited to: IP Phones, Core Networking Switches, and High-end Photocopiers/Printers."4. Technical Personnel Requirement: "The Tenderer must assign at least 02 (two) dedicated Service Engineers who will be responsible for the maintenance at Mongla Port Authority."5. Importer's authorization letter for all products specially for this tender to ensure the supply chain of authentic products.
