Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Manufacturer of the product i.e Smart Board/All in one Interactive boards or Distributorship/Dealership/Agency Certificate from the Manufacturer (local authorization will not be accepted).2. Manufacturer's Authorization to particaipate in the Tender (Only Direct Manufacturer's Authorization Letter from OEM will be accepted; local authorization will not be accepted).3. At least 1 (one) Experience Certificates from Previous Procuring Entitities (Government/Autonomous/Defense or any public Sector or Bangladesh Police or Public Banks) must be provided. The certificate should demonstrate the successful supply of Smart Boards/all in one interactive boards under a single contract, with a minimum value of Tk 30,00,000.00 (Taka Thirty Lac Only) within the last 3 (three) years (i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System) (Work Orders/Contract forms will not be accepted as proof).5. Document showing the Tenderer shall have a minimum 3 (three) Years of Experience in the supply and installation of Smart Boards/All in one interactive boards.6. At least 3 (three) years- experience as a Manufacturer or Distributor/Dealer/Agent of the product, and7. Conditions specified in the TDS and PCC of the tender document.
