Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Experience Criteria (ITT 9.1)(a) General Construction Experience• Minimum 3 years of general experience in electrical construction works, or renewable energy works.(b) Specific Experience• At least 2 completed contracts within the last 3 years, consisting of a total BDT 1.50 Crore (each of a minimum BDT 50 Lac)• Nature: Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of grid-tied solar PV plants ≥70 kWp capacity.• Evidence: Work completion certificates issued by the end-userFinancial Criteria (ITT 10.1)(a) Average Annual Construction Turnover• Minimum BDT 1.55 crore, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, over the last 3 (three) years.(b) Liquid Assets• Minimum BDT 1.60 crore in liquid assets/ lines of credit/ or other financial means, net of contractual commitments.• Proof: Bank certificate or credit line from a scheduled Bank of Bangladesh, issued posterior to the date of publication of this tender, submitted as per the prescribed form(c) Minimum Tender Capacity• Minimum Tender Capacity shall be: 1.50 croreTender Capacity=(A × N - B)≥Estimated Contract ValueWhere:• AAA = Average annual turnover over last 5 years• NNN = Completion period of the contract (in years)• BBB = Value of ongoing works under contract
