Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The tenderer shall be a manufacturer or authorized representative of manufacturer.The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.2 .The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) Lakhs under single contract within the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. Similar goods means supply of Pre-Paid meter in any government or semi-government or Autonomous organization. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.3. The tenderer shall submit sample of each item with drawing (if any) as per description of BOQ of the tender at Pabna Regional Store, BADC, Pabna. Receipt of sample submission with manufacturer/factory test report (if any) must be uploaded with the tender. The supplied sample must be compatible with the current system of BADC.4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lakhs
