Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The maximum number of arbitration against the tenderer over a period of last five years is NILL (0).2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of Ten (10) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.3. The tenderer shall have satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Thunderstorm Lightning Detection system with Telemetry) of minimum BDT 1,50,00,000/- ( BDT One Core Fifty Lac Only) under 01 contracts in the last 08 (Eight) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System 4. Tenderer/Manufacturer should have another 02 (Three) similar nature of contracts in last 5 (Five) years.5. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of BDT 2,00,00,000/- ( BDT Two Core Only) shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.6. The tenderer must submit the following additional documents:7. The tenderer / system integrator must submit the following addition documents:a. Updated Trade licenseb, VAT & online BIN certificatec. Online IRC certificated. Manufacture-s Authorization Certificate is required from OEM.e, Audit Report for last 02 yearsf. Bidders / Tender/ Manufacturer updated ISO 9001:2015 certificateg.
