Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:1. Updated valid VAT, IT certificate, Trade Licenses, and Import license registration (IRC),2. Bank solvency certificate (minimum TK. 28.00 Lakhs) and Last 2 FY bank statements,3. Reputed Tenderer/ Supplier must have minimum 5 (five) years of general experiences in the field of supply of laboratory equipment. Document in support of 5 years general experience (Work order/ Work Completion certificate) must be submitted,4. Must have submitted supply record of similar type of equipment with valid contract address & phone/mobile no.5. Previous work completion certificate and end user satisfactory certificates for similar types of equipment supply (minimum TK. 30.00 lakhs each) at least 02 nos. must be submitted,6. Original/Printed catalogue of all related equipment must be attached in which the offered model, type & all technical description/ specifications should be mentioned,7. Manufacturer/ Distributors authorization Letter/certificate must be submitted for each equipment8. Manufacturer/ Distributors/Bidder must have ISO certificate
