Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer-s/ Quotationer-s must submit:1. Up to date and Valid Trade license for ICT equipment/goods;2. Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate;3. TIN Certificate (upto 2023-2024)4. Bank Solvency for 6 (six) lac taka, (minimum 70% for goods. But 30 to 50% for works) date must be after IFT5. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) years.6. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 35,00,000 (thirty-five lac taka).7. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are:usually, quantity twice to the proposed supply requirement of this package per year.8. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 46,00,000 (forty-six lac)9. The amount of the Tender Security shall be Tk. 1,60,000 (one lac sixty thousand taka) in favour of Sub-project Manager, SP 1374210. All other criteria as per mentioned in TDS.
