Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : All valid tendere as per PPR-2008 with adequate supply records Government/Others Organization experience shall be Priority for Bidder.Terms and Conditions: 1. Origin and specifications:All the equipment-s and chemicals must be according to the said specifications and origin.Origin and detailed specifications of each equipment with catalogue must be submitted with tender documents. Otherwise the tender will be cancelled without any notification.Delivery :Within 6-8 weeks after receipt of confirmation order.Warranty :1 year from the date of installation.Installation & Training :Installation and local training for 3 working days must be provided through technical personal from supplier/company at free of charges.Date of manufacturing :The equipment and chemicals must be brand new and chemicals such as acid must be glass bottle. The equipment and accessories must not be manufactured or assembled before 3 months of issuing work order. Manufacturing certificate (including serial number, batch number, brand name and manufacturing date) from manufacturer must be submitted with equipment and chemicals.Documents : Manufacturer Authorization Letter must be submitted in original.Shipping documents must be provided in original with equipment in time of delivery.
